, he unified the Warring States of China. He centralized the government under his rule. He standardized Chinese script, currency, weights and measures. He built a bureaucracy used Confucian scholars, but he distrusted them. He burn Confucian books and buried some alive. He started the Great Wall of China and built a tomb for himself guarded by the Terracotta Army.
